November 1962 Company name changed to Mitsui Harbor Development Co., Ltd.
December 1974 Mitsui Fudosan Kensetsu Co., Ltd. Set up as a fully owned subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
December 1974 Mitsui Fudosan Kensetsu Co., Ltd. absorbed and amalgamated with Mitsui Harbor Development Co., Ltd.
October 1998 Establishment of Tokyo Branch Renovation Project Department and advance into renovation work.
July 2000 As a result of reorganization, the Construction Project Department was reconstituted as the Renovation Project Department.
December 2001 The Renovation Project Department was spun-off and became independent. It was set up as M's Inc., as a fully owned subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Kensetsu Co., Ltd.

September 2008 Yamato Construction Co., Ltd. (currently Takamatsu Techno Service Co., Ltd.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Takamatsu Construction Co., Ltd., acquired shares of M's Co., Ltd. from Mirai Construction Group Co., Ltd.
M's Co., Ltd. became a member of TCG (Takamatsu Construction Group).
October 2009 Mirai Construction Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aoki Asnararo Construction Co., Ltd. (Takamatsu Construction Group), acquired shares in M's Co., Ltd. from Yamato Construction Co., Ltd. (Shareholders: Mirai Construction 90%, Mitsui Fudosan 10%)
